All events must be pre-approved prior to booking, with a maximum of 30 guests on site including event staff. Additional fees apply. Hens and bucks parties are not permitted. Unauthorised parties or additional guests automatically forfeit the security deposit.

Rates are based on up to six guests, with additional per-person fees for groups up to twelve. The house sleeps ten in existing beds, with space for two more on sofa beds in the master and bedroom three. Extra linen charges apply. Groups larger than ten should contact us before booking.

Check-in is 2pm NSW local time, check-out is 10am. We accommodate extra time where possible. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out can be confirmed with a half-day fee of $500, subject to availability.

Small non-shedding dogs are allowed, strictly subject to approval. Pet fees apply.

External security cameras monitor the driveway, front door and back door only, for perimeter security. A Minut noise sensor in the main outdoor area monitors levels only and does not record audio. There are no cameras in any private area.

Guest verification is completed before arrival through third-party provider Truvi, in line with short-term rental regulations. Please complete it within 48 hours of booking, or 24 hours before arrival for last-minute bookings. You may choose between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

The wine cellar is stocked and available to purchase from, with a price list in the kitchen. The temperature-controlled cool room is available for an additional fee.
