The gatherings Mana suits
Long lunches, milestone birthdays, intimate celebrations and simply time together. Mana is only ever yours, one group at a time, with a dining table built for twelve, a stocked cellar, a chef’s kitchen and outdoor spaces that run to the pool. Mana accommodates up to 12 overnight guests. With prior approval, we may also host intimate daytime occasions for up to 20 people in total, and selected elopements or special celebrations for up to 30 people in total.
Four ways to celebrate
Birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings and milestone stays. Maximum 12 registered overnight guests. No additional visitors unless separately approved under one of the options here. Standard house rules and quiet hours apply.

A chef and service in the house, for registered staying guests only, up to 12 people. Chefs and service staff must be approved in advance. No additional event guests unless booked as an approved occasion. Standard quiet hours apply.
Staying guests · up to 12
Maximum 20 people in total including staying guests, up to four hours, concluding by 5pm when all non-staying guests leave. Prior written approval and an additional occasion fee apply. No DJs, amplified live music or parties; furniture stays where it is unless approved. Suppliers, catering and timings are approved in advance, and only registered overnight guests remain after 5pm.

Elopements, intimate weddings and milestone celebrations for up to 30 people in total including staying guests, concluding by 9pm when all non-staying guests and suppliers depart. Up to 12 registered overnight guests may remain. Considered individually with prior written approval, an additional event fee, and approval of the event plan, suppliers, catering, timings and guest numbers. No DJs or amplified live music; furniture stays put unless approved; a transport and parking plan may be required.

Good to know
All occasions require prior written approval before booking, and fees are quoted individually rather than published, because every gathering is different. Only registered overnight guests may remain once an occasion ends. Standard quiet hours apply, and the daytime and evening limits are there to protect the home and its neighbours. We stayed here with extended family for a special birthday and it was so lovely all round. The house is beautiful, so spacious and very well equipped to host big groups. It is also immaculately kept, and the location is unbeatable.
